What's New, Halcyon? Windows Agent 1.0.3080.1 and Linux Agent Beta 1.0.3080.0 Release Notes

Halcyon is pleased to announce Windows Agent 1.0.3080.1 and Linux Agent Beta version 1.0.3080.0 were released on 03/27/2024. These releases contain several new features as well as a select number of improvements.

What’s New:

The Windows agent release contains the following new features and improvements:

• Sidekick Protections: The HalcyonAR Agent will have the capability to monitor critical applications such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike Falcon and Sentinel One directly on the device and then notify the cloud admin console that a monitored process has stopped. This will raise an event in the Halcyon Management Console to alert Administrators that an attack might be happening in their environment and respond accordingly.

The Linux agent release contains the following new features and improvements:

• Functionality Improvements: This update contains minor existing feature improvements and packaging updates.
