What's New, Halcyon? Windows Agent 1.0.2271.3 and Linux Agent Beta 1.0.2279.0 Release Notes: October 2023

Halcyon is pleased that the Windows Agent version 1.0.2271.3 and Linux Agent Beta version 1.0.2279.0 were released 06:00 PM Pacific Time on 10/11/23. This release contains several new features as well as a select number of improvements.

What’s New:

The Windows Agent release contains the following new features and improvements:

• Anti-Tamper Registry Protections to prevent unauthorized registry tampering in attempt to bypass or evade the Halcyon agent

The Linux Agent release contains the following new features and improvements:

• The second managed beta release of the Halcyon Linux agent adds support for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Debian 11 in addition to the already supported RHEL 7,8, and 9
• This release of the Halcyon Linux beta agent also includes support for enabling Network Awareness Learning Mode which is a telemetry feature in support of our future Ransomware Data Exfiltration Protection capability. ‍‍
